Change My Log In / Password?

To change your email address used for your login or to change your password: Login to your account. You will see your profile page. Click Edit in the Personal Information section and enter your new email address and/or password.
If you have forgotten your password: use the Forgot password? link under the login box and an email will be sent to your email address used for login.
If you forgot your password AND you no longer have access to the email account used for login: please call your regional Education Advisor for support at 800-832-7784. We take your security seriously! Be prepared to answer questions so that we know you are the account holder!
